Callta Plugins License and Terms of Use

1. Preamble

Callta grants you a limited license to use its plugins and software tools in accordance with the plan or subscription you have obtained.

Purchasing or subscribing to a plugin does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of the software, source code, or any related intellectual property rights. It only grants you a limited right to use the software for the duration of the license or subscription and in accordance with its terms.

2. Acceptance of the License

You are deemed to have accepted this license when you take any of the following actions:

• Create a Callta account.
• Purchase a plugin or subscribe to a plan.
• Start a trial period.
• Download, install, or activate a plugin.
• Click a button indicating acceptance of the Terms of Use.
• Continue using a plugin after an update to these terms has been published.

This license does not grant you any ownership right in a plugin, nor any right to copy, redistribute, or exploit it outside the scope of the permitted use.

The license is also limited to the number of users and devices, and to the usage limits, specified in the plan you purchased.

3. Account and Login Credentials

Using the plugins requires creating an account and signing in with a valid email address.

You agree to:

• Not use fake or temporary accounts to obtain multiple free trials or similar benefits.
• Not share your account or activation details with any unauthorized person.

4. Activation and Device Limit

The license is linked to a specified number of devices in accordance with the plan advertised at the time of purchase.

A user may not:

• Activate the license on more devices than the permitted limit.
• Share the license with other users.
• Use technical means to bypass the activation system.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent device limits or trial-period restrictions.
• Manipulate device or operating-system data to obtain an additional activation.

You may not create multiple accounts or use technical methods, temporary email addresses, or virtual devices to obtain repeated trial periods.

Callta may modify or discontinue a trial period, or refuse to grant it to a user who has already benefited from it or attempted to circumvent its system.

5. Download and Installation

Plugin files may only be downloaded from Callta’s official website or from sources expressly approved by Callta.

The user is responsible for:

• Verifying that the device and operating system meet the plugin’s compatibility requirements.
• Following the installation and activation instructions.
• Keeping backup copies of projects and files before installation or an update.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Access or attempt to extract the source code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble a plugin.
• Sell, resell, rent, or sublicense a plugin.
• Share installation files, account details, or license codes with others.
• Upload plugin files to any website, server, or file-sharing service.
• Make a plugin available for download outside Callta’s official channels.
• Copy, repackage, or publish a plugin under a different name.
• Modify or translate a plugin, or create a derivative version of it, without written permission.
• Disable or bypass the activation or license-verification system.
• Remove or conceal intellectual-property notices or identifying marks.
• Use stolen or unlawful keys, accounts, or licenses.
• Sell or transfer a Callta account to another party.
• Use the plugins to develop a competing product by unlawfully copying their functions, designs, or method of operation.
• Perform security testing or attempt to gain unauthorized access without prior written permission.
• Use the plugins in any unlawful activity or in a manner that infringes third-party rights.
• Use automated systems or bots to send excessive requests or consume service resources in a way that harms other users.

Callta fully disclaims legal, ethical, and religious responsibility for any use of the tools that violates the law, conflicts with public morals or accepted social customs, or breaches religious teachings and values.

Any use not expressly permitted by this license that infringes Callta’s ownership rights or exceeds the limits of the applicable plan is considered unauthorized use.

7. Transcription, Translation, and Automated Processing Features

Some plugins may include features that rely on automated processing, speech recognition, translation, or artificial-intelligence tools. Outputs generated by these features are provided for assistance only and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations.

The user is responsible for:

• Reviewing text, translations, and other outputs before publishing them.
• Verifying the accuracy of names, numbers, and terminology.
• Not relying on automated outputs for legal, medical, financial, or other sensitive decisions without professional review.
• Obtaining any consent required to process recordings and personal data.

Callta does not guarantee that automated outputs will be completely accurate or suitable for every dialect, language, or recording quality.

8. Technical Support

Callta provides technical support within the scope and through the channels described on the website or in the relevant plan.

Technical support generally covers issues related to:

• Downloading a plugin.
• Installation.
• Signing in and activation.
• Using the advertised functions.

Technical support may not include:

• Training the user to operate the host video-editing applications.
• Repairing the operating system or device.
• Problems caused by pirated or modified software.
• Unsupported versions of host applications.
• Conflicts caused by other third-party plugins.
• Completing or modifying the user’s projects on the user’s behalf.

Callta may ask the user to provide technical information, screenshots, or error logs required to diagnose an issue.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Due to the digital nature of the plugins and the ability to download, activate, and use them immediately, a right of withdrawal or refund may be lost where the service has been fully used or the full subscription period has been received.

Depending on the circumstances of each case, a refund or an alternative solution may be accepted in the following situations:

• The same transaction was charged more than once.
• Activation failed due to a confirmed issue on Callta’s side and the issue could not be resolved.
• A material defect prevents use of the plugin.
• The license was not provided after successful payment.

Before approving a refund, Callta may attempt to resolve the issue, provide the service again, replace the license, or correct the deficiency.

When a refund is approved:

• The amount will be returned through a payment method available to both parties whenever possible.
• Licenses associated with the transaction will be cancelled.
• The user must remove the plugin and stop using it.
• The consumed portion of metered services is non-refundable.

These terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

Callta may amend these terms from time to time to reflect:

• Product and service development.
• The addition of new features.
• Changes to payment or subscription methods.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• The protection of plugins and users against fraud or security risks.

The updated version takes effect on the date it is published or on the date specified in it.

Continuing to use the plugins after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
